A sportfolio is required for all 9th and 10th graders in physical education.
Everyone needs to purchase one of these,

A 3 prong folder.Please no binders only folders.

The following items need to be in the Sportfolio:

Title Page
Your title page should include the following:

Title - "Sportsfolio"
Your Name
Grade/Registry
Semester/Year
