The San Francisco Bay Area's 15th Annual Bike to Work Day will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2009. Bike to Work Day is the premier bicycling event taking place in all of Northern California with all nine Bay Area counties participating in the celebration. The event is just one day of many events taking place in May as part of National Bike Month.

Ah, that sounds nice. This will also be a great way to preserve the atmosphere.
Yet, there will still be many people driving to work as well. My dad, for example, has to already DRIVE for one hour to get to work, while waking up at 3 to 4 in the morning. Biking, it seems, is out of the question.
It's still nice to know that the air will be a lot cleaner that day, hmm?
